Are there any limits to users, affiliates, offers, influencers or agents?

No, across the board. You can add unlimited users (admins/managers), affiliates, offers, influencers or agents. Additionally with our role based permission system you can easily create any level account you want. For example, a view only role for reporting and tracking links.
