Building Offer Tracking Links

This page will help you generate an offer tracking link. For this you will have to select first an offer and an affiliate. Depending on offer options you may be asked for additional information, like Email or Subs variables.

Once you fill in all the information click on Generate button. Below you will see the tracking link where affiliate should send traffic to.

How click registration works

When tracking link is accessed, before registering click it will do a few verifications first:

• Requested affiliate exists and is active

• Requested offers exists and is active

• Offer's advertiser is active

• Affiliate is assigned to offer

• Visitor IP is blacklisted and verify IP threshold, if one is defined

• Email parameter is blacklisted and verify email threshold, if one is defined

• Verify is domain is correct

• Redirect the override URL if such is set for offer

• Verify forwarding rules and redirect to it if any is matching

• Verify offer CAP

• Verify if offer is CPCUNI, visit is not unique and offer has defined a redirect for this case

• Verify if offer requires an email

• Verify if offer has to check email with EmailOversight service

• Verify if offer has to get URL from TrafficMansion service

If any problem with visit occurs it will register an invalid click and redirect to the affiliate's return URL or throw an error if such doesn't exists.

If all verifications pass - it will register a valid click and redirect to Advertiser's URL.

If offer type is CPCRAW or CPCUNI and visit is unique - a conversion is registered.

If offer type is CPA or REVSHARE, advertiser will create conversion with a postback request. If affiliate has defined an Affiliate postback URL, then it will be notified when a conversion is created by sending it's details to this URL.
